Back at it again!!! LOL with Day 2 of my Puerto Rico Trip!
We were sooo exhausted from the previous day but our excitement could not be mistaken. We had planned to go to the beach but, the weather had other plans for us; it rained. We ended up heading to the Castillo San Felipe Del Morro which is a very historical site of Puerto Rico. Though we did not get a tour of the inside, the view from up there was breathtaking enough to make the visit worthwhile. It was just awesome living in the moment and we had so much fun experiencing that.
Later that evening, we opted for some more local cuisine. This time, it was the Seafood Paella. Coincidentally, we visited the restaurant, Barrachina, where Piña Colada was created. Piña Colada (which also happens to be my favorite drink) originates from Puerto Rico! Who knew? It was genuinely the BEST Piña Colada I have ever tasted. #IslandVibes HAHA.
